Ingredients
1 Bagel
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Cheddar Cheese,shredded

Directions
- Slice the bagel into two halves & keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350F(176.7C) & line a baking tray with an aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame & add egg. Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder & cook until base is golden brown colour.
- Flip to cook other side as well & turn off the flame. Keep aside.
- For assembling a sandwich; take bottom base of sliced bagel & place cooked omelette followed by shredded cheese (i used 24 months old shredded cheddar cheese).
- Cover it with top base of the bagel.
- Place the bagel sandwich on the greased pan & bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Carefully remove the pan from oven & serve immediately.
