Banana & Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Ripe Banana, sliced
1 Cup Sliced Apples
5 Pitted Dates
1 Cup Milk
6 Almonds
6 Cashew Nuts
1 Tspn Rose Water(optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover & process until blended( you can also add chocolate chips). Pour into a glass; serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour.
