Mushroom Basil Rice

Ingredients

3 Cups Cooked White Rice (1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
3/4 Cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, chopped
2-3 Spring Onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Thai basil leaves, chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
1/4 Tspn Pepper Powder
2 Tblspn Oil


Directions
  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add chopped mushrooms & stir fry for 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked completely. Now add garlic powder, pepper powder, chili powder, salt, chaat masala & saute for one minute.
  2. Add chopped basil leaves, srping onions & cooked rice. Stir fry for another 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  3. Serve warm.
