Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

2 Ripe Bananas, sliced
3 Pitted Dates
1 Cup Milk
6 Almonds
6 Cashew Nuts
2 Walnuts
1 Tspn Rose Water(optional)


Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover & process until blended (you can also add chocolate chips). Pour into a glass; serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour.
