Directions
- Whisk curd in a large mixing bowl; add cooked rice, salt, milk & mix everything well.
- For tempering; heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients listed & saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Turn off the flame & add tempering to the curd rice & mix everything well.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve.
