- Cut dry coconut into small pieces with a knife & add to a dry mixie jar.
- Grind into a smooth powder & store it in an airtight container.
- Stays fresh for 6 months when stored in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct heat or sunlight; keep tightly closed when not in use.
- Stays fresh for a year when refrigerated.
