Ingredients

1/4 Cup Cinnamon Sticks (Dalchini)
1/4 Cup Green Cardamom Pods (Ellachi)
2 Tblspn Cloves (Lavang)
1/4 Cup Caraway Seeds (Shajeera)

Directions
  1. To a dry mixie jar add all the ingredients & grind them into a fine powder.
  2. Store it in an airtight container.
Note: Stays fresh for 2 years when stored in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct heat or sunlight; keep tightly closed when not in use.
