3/4 Cup Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tspn Salt
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder

Directions
- Peel the garlic cloves, ginger & chop.
- To a dry mixie jar add all the ingredients.
- Grind into a smooth paste.
- Store it in an airtight container.
- Stays fresh for 20 days when stored in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct heat or sunlight; keep tightly closed when not in use.
- Stays fresh for 2 months when refrigerated.
