Gingergarlic Paste

Ingredients

1 Cup Ginger
3/4 Cup Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tspn Salt
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder

Directions
  • Peel the garlic cloves, ginger & chop.
  • To a dry mixie jar add all the ingredients. 
  • Grind into a smooth paste.
  • Store it in an airtight container.
Note:
  1. Stays fresh for 20 days when stored in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct heat or sunlight; keep tightly closed when not in use.
  2. Stays fresh for 2 months when refrigerated.
