Nuvvula Podi/Sesame Powder

Ingredient

1/2 Cup Sesame(Til/Nuvvulu) Seeds

Directions
  1. Heat pan on a medium-low flame & add sesame seeds.
  2. Dry roast them for 5 minutes or until golden brown colour.
  3. Let it cool at room temperature & add it to a dry mixie jar.
  4. Grind into a smooth powder & transfer into an airtight container.
Note:
  1. Stays fresh for a month when stored in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct heat or sunlight; keep tightly closed when not in use. 
  2. Stays fresh for 4-6 months when refrigerated.
