1/4 Cup Ghee/Clarified Butter
1/4 Tspn Cardamom(Ellachi) Powder
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tblspn Cashew Nuts, broken

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Ghee/Clarified Butter
1/4 Tspn Cardamom(Ellachi) Powder
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tblspn Cashew Nuts, broken
Directions
- Heat ghee in a wide pan on a medium-low flame & add gram flour. Roast for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown colour by stirring continuously.
- Turn off the flame & add cardamom powder.
- Mix everything well & transfer to a bowl.
- Once the mixture is warm enough to handle add powdered sugar (if you add sugar while mixture is hot it becomes runny so you cannot make laddus out of it) & mix everything well until sugar is completely incorporated.
- Take a small amount of mixture in your hand & make a round shaped laddu (yields 8-12 laddus).
- Garnish with cashew nuts & serve.
Note: Store it in an airtight container & stays fresh for 2 weeks at room temperature.
