1 Litre Whole Milk (Full Fat)
3 Tblspn Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavored)
4 Tblspn Whole Milk (at room temperature)
1/2 Cup Sugar or add as needed
2 Cups Mixed Fruits, chopped (i used banana, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, musk melon, honey dew)

2 Cups Mixed Fruits, chopped (i used banana, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, musk melon, honey dew)
Directions
- In a bowl add 4 tablespoons of milk (at room temperature), custard powder & mix well till there are no lumps. Keep aside.
- Heat 1 litre milk in a heavy bottomed pan on a medium flame & stir occasionally to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom.
- When milk comes to a boil, slowly add prepared custard mixture by stirring continuously & boil for 5-8 minutes on a medium-low flame by stirring continuously (make sure it does not burn from the bottom).
- Now add sugar & mix everything well.
- Boil for another 2-3 minutes by stirring continuously.
- Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- Cover with a lid & let it to cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours & once chilled, it will become little thick.
- Before serving; arrange chopped fruits in a bowl & pour cold custard on top of it.
- You can use any fruits of your choice like mangoes, strawberries, pomegranate, papaya, orange, sapota.
- Mix fruits to custard only before serving.
- You can also use sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar for more creamier taste.
