1 Cup Sabudana/Tapioca Pearls
1 Cup Water
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
Salt to Taste
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/4 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
1 Tblspn Peanuts(Groundnuts/Palli) Powder
Few Curry Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil/Ghee

Directions
- Wash sabudana under running water & soak them in water overnight.
- Heat ghee in a kadai or wide pan on a medium-low flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies & saute for a minute.
- Add salt & soaked sabudana.
- Mix everything well & cover with a lid. On a low flame cook for 10-15 minutes or until sabudana turns soft by stirring in between.
- Finally add peanut powder & mix everything well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve sabudana kichidi hot.
Note: You can also add chopped potatoes.
