1 Cup Sweet Corn Kernel, i used frozen sweet corn (thawed)
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Sweet Mini Peppers, finely chopped
1/2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
3/4 Tspn Chaat Masala
Salt to Taste
1 Tspn Lemon Juice
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame & add chopped sweet mini peppers, onion (reserve few for garnishing). Saute for 3-5 minutes.
- Now add chilli powder, chaat masala, salt & mix everything well.
- Now add sweet corn kernel & mix.
- Saute for another 5 minutes & turn off the flame. Transfer to a bowl & add lemon juice. Mix everything well.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves, chopped onion & serve immediately.
