2 Cups Water
1/2 Inch Ginger. peeled
2 Tblspn Mint Leaves (Pudina)
3/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder

Directions
- Boil beetroot in a sauce pan with enough water on medium flame until it turns soft.
- Turn off the flame & allow it to cool at room temperature.
- Drain water completely, peel & chop beetroot into small pieces.
- To a blender jar; add boiled beetroot pieces, ginger, cumin powder & mint leaves
- Cover & process until blended.
- Now add 1/2 cup water & blend again.
- Using a strainer, strain the beetroot juice into a bowl & with the help of a spoon extract the juice completely.
- Add yogurt, salt, 1 1/2 cup water & whisk until everything is combined well.
- Pour into serving glasses; serve immediately.
