Banana, Apple & Oats Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Ripe Banana, sliced
1 Apple, deseed & cut into pieces
1/2 Cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
1 Cup Milk
1/8 Tspn Cinnamon Powder (optional)
1 Tblspn Honey (optional)
1 Tblspn Walnuts

Directions
  • In a bowl; add milk & soak oats in it for 5-8 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover & process until blended. Pour into a glass; serve immediately.
