Directions
- Grease a 9-inch glass baking pan with little butter & keep aside.
- In a small bowl, add crushed oreo cookies, 1 tablespoon sugar, butter & combine everything well. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch glass baking pan.
- Bring about an inch of water to a boil in a sauce pan on a medium flame, place dark chocolate in a stainless steel bowl & place it over boiling water without touching it. Stir chocolate until melted.
- Turn off the flame & allow it to cool at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 350F(176.6C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar & flour until smooth with a hand held mixer. Add eggs, beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in melted chocolate just until blended.

- Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove the pan from oven, let it cool at room temperature & carefully run a knife around the edge of a pan to loosen. Top it with few dark chocolate chips & refrigerate overnight.
- Slice the dark chocolate cheese cake with a clean knife & serve.
- Stays fresh for a week when refrigerated.
- While baking if the top layer of cheese cake is changing its colour to golden brown then cover with a silver foil & continue to bake.
