3 Cups Cooked White Rice(1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
2-3 Green Chillies, slit on one side
Salt to Taste
1 Tspn Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Small Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
3-4 Green Cardamom Pods (Ellachi)
Few Cilantro Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil or Ghee

Directions
- Heat oil or ghee in a wide pan; add cumin seeds, green cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, green chillies & saute for 2 minutes on a medium-low flame.
- Now add cooked rice, salt & mix everything well. Saute for 3-4 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve.
