Ingredients
4 Tspn Butter
For Batter
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 Tblspn Sugar
1/4 Tspn Salt
1/2 Tspn Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Tblspn Butter, melted
For Filling
2 Bananas Sliced
10 Tblspn Nutella/Hazelnut Spread
Directions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients & blend until batter is smooth. Transfer to a bowl & let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon of butter in a 8-inch frying pan over a medium-low flame; pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan & immediately rotate the pan from side to side to form an even circle.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned & flip to cook other side as well.
- Transfer to a plate; spread evenly 1 tablespoon of nutella on the crepe & add few banana slices.
- Fold the crepe into half & fold again. Top it with banana slices & a teaspoon of nutella.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve nutella banana crepe immediately.
Note: Heat 1/2 teaspoon of butter every time before adding 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
