1/3 Cup + 1 Tblpsn Ghee/Clarified Butter
1/8 Tspn Green Cardamom Powder
2 Tblspn Cashew Nuts, broken
1 Tblspn Raisins

Directions
- Boil water, sugar in a pan over a medium-high flame & bring it to a boil or wait until sugar is dissolved completely. Keep aside.
- Heat 1/3 cup ghee in a sauce pan on a medium-low flame & add wheat flour. Roast wheat flour for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown colour by stirring continuously.
- Now add sugar syrup(sugar water) by stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed & wheat flour starts to thicken by leaving the sides of the pan.
- Cook for another 5-8 minutes & add cardamom powder by stirring continuously. Mix & cook for 2 more minutes. Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in another pan on a medium-low flame; add cashewnuts, raisins & saute for 1-2 minutes or untill lightly browned. Turn off the flame & add to wheat flour halwa by reserving few for garnish.
- Mix everything well & serve warm.
