Atta Ke Laddu/Wheat Flour Laddu

Ingredients

1 Cup Wheat Flour/Atta
1/3 Cup Ghee/Clarified Butter
1/8 Tspn Cardamom(Ellachi) Powder
1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions
  • Heat a wide pan on a medium-low flame & add wheat flour. Roast for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown colour by stirring continuously.
  • Add ghee & mix everything well. 
  • Stir continuously for another 3-5 minutes & add cardamom powder. Mix everything well & turn off the flame. 
  • Transfer to a bowl & add powdered sugar. Mix everything well until sugar is completely incorporated. 
  • Once the mixture is warm enough to handle, take a small amount of mixture in your hand & make a round shaped laddu (yields 8-12 laddus). If you are not able to form laddus, then add few teaspoons of more ghee to the mixture & mix.
Note: Store it in an airtight container & stays fresh for 2 weeks at room temperature.
