- Preheat the oven to 425F(218.3C) & line a baking tray with aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- In a bowl; combine all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, garlic powder & sugar.
- Work cold butter cubes into flour mixture with your fingers until butter is incorporated & small size lumps remain. Add cheddar cheese, parsley leaves & mix everything well.
- Pour buttermilk just until dough comes together & scoop 1/4 cup of dough mixture onto a baking tray, spaced 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully remove the tray from oven & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve cheddar bay biscuits.
Note: Cover the left over cheddar bay biscuits with a plastic wrap or foil to prevent drying out & stays fresh for 1-2 days at normal room temperature.
