Ingredients
2 Ripe Avocados Scooped
2 Tblspn Lime Juice
5-6 Peppercorns or 1/2 Tspn Pepper Powder
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Small Sized Tomato, discard the pulp & cut into small cubes
1/3 Cup Cilantro Leaves/Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
2-3 Tblspn Water
Directions
- In a blender; add cilantro leaves, scooped avocado, lime juice, salt, peppercorns, water & blend into a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a bowl & add chopped onion, tomato.
- Mix everything well with a spoon.
- Serve with tortilla chips or you can also use in salads, wraps, sandwiches or as a bread spread.
