Ingredients
1 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Coconut Oil or Cocoa Butter(grated & tightly packed), i used coconut oil
Note: Stays fresh for 1-2 months when refrigerated.

Ingredients
1 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Coconut Oil or Cocoa Butter(grated & tightly packed), i used coconut oil
4-5 Tblspn Honey or add as needed
1 Tspn Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt (optional)
Directions
- Bring about an inch of water to a boil in a sauce pan on a medium flame, place coconut oil in a stainless steel bowl & place it over boiling water without touching it. Stir coconut oil until melted.
- Turn off the flame & remove the bowl from sauce pan. Stir dark cocoa powder, vanilla extract, honey, salt into the melted coconut oil until completely smooth with a whisk.
- Pour mixture into a lined loaf pan or chocolate mould (i used lined loaf pan) & refrigerate for 20 minutes. Make cuts using a knife & place it back in the refrigerator for 40 minutes or until chilled.
