Ingredients
1/3 Cup Mixed Vegetables (chopped carrots, chopped french beans, green peas, sweet corn)
1 Medium Sized Onion, thinly sliced
Salt to Taste
3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
2 Tspn Butter or Oil
2 1/2 Cups Water or Vegetable Stock
Directions
- Heat butter in a sauce pan on medium flame; add onion, minced garlic, chopped veggies & saute them for 3-5 minutes.
- Add water or vegetable stock & let it come to a boil.
- Add salt, pepper powder & mix everything well. Boil for another 3-5 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
Note: You can also add vegetables of your choice(shredded cabbage, sliced mushrooms).
