Ingredients

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream, cold (you can also use heavy cream)
1 Tin or 397 Grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 Tblspn Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Shaved or Grated Dark Chocolate(optional)
1 Tspn Vanilla Extract(optional)

Directions
  • In a mixing bowl; add sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract & combine everything well. Keep aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer on high speed until it forms soft peaks. 
  • In whipped cream fold in the sweetened condensed milk & cocoa mixture. Combine everything with a spatula.
  • Add shaved dark chocolate & combine.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into an airtight container & freeze it for 8 hours or overnight or until hardened.
  • Serve chilled.
Note: Stays fresh for a month when frozen in an airtight container.
