1 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tspn Milk Powder
2 Tspn Custard Powder
1/8 Tspn Green Cardamom Powder (Ellachi)
1/2 Cup Softened Butter, unsalted
1/2 Tspn Salt or add as required
1 1/4 Tblspn + 1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tspn Milk Powder
2 Tspn Custard Powder

1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F(180C) & line a baking tray with aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients together & keep aside.
- Add sugar, softened butter, 1 1/4 tablespoon milk in another bowl & mix everything well.
- Add dry ingredients & crumble the mixture to form a smooth dough (if it is sticky add more flour to it).
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a rectangular shape with 3/4-inch thickness on a floured surface & cut it into round shape using a round steel cutter (i used round plastic lid). Repeat the process till the dough is completed.
- Place them on a baking tray, spaced 1-inch apart & brush them with 1/4 cup of milk on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden crust & make sure not to over bake.
- Remove the pan from oven, let it cool at room temperature & serve.
Note: Store it in an airtight container & stays fresh for 2-3 days at normal room temperature.
