1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
Salt to Taste
1 Tspn Baking Powder
2 Tblspn Oil or Margarine (i used olive oil)
1/2 Cup Warm Water or add as needed

Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 Cup Warm Water or add as needed
Directions
- In a bowl; combine all the ingredients & knead to a smooth dough(add little warm water if required).
- Cover with a damp cloth & let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough on a well floured surface & make 4 equal size balls from the dough. Take one dough ball & flatten it using your palm.
- Using a rolling pin roll each dough into a 7-inch diameter circle.
- Heat a pan or tawa on medium high flame.
- Place the tortilla on heated pan & once you see little bubbles, flip the tortilla & cook for 30 seconds.
- Flip again & press with a spatula for another 30 seconds.
- Tranfer to a plate & serve immediately or store in an airtight container. Refrigerate or freeze it for later use.
Note: Stays fresh for a week when refrigerated & 1-2 months when frozen.
