2 Croissants (sliced into 2 halves)
3-4 Garlic Cloves, peeled & finely minced
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese or add as needed (grated)
1 Tspn Dried Oregano (optional)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F(176.7C) & line a baking tray with an aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Place the sliced croissants on the greased pan & sprinkle minced garlic, dried oregano (optional) on all four halves.
- Now sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated mozzarella on each sliced croissants & bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove the pan from oven & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve hot.
