Ingredients
1 Packet or 150 Grams Hakka Noodles
2 Green Chillies, chop or slice lengthwise
1 Medium Sized Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Baby Carrots, sliced lengthwise
1/2 Cup Orange Bell Peppers, sliced lengthwise (you can also use your choice of bell peppers)
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Sauce
Salt to Taste
3-4 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
1/2 Tblspn Soya Sauce
1/2 Tspn Vinegar
1/2 Tspn Pepper Powder
2 Tblspn Spring Onion Whites, chopped
2 Tblspn Spring Onion Greens, chopped
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add little salt. Now add hakka noodles & let it cook till it is done (Note: Cook noodles according to the directions on the package).
- Drain the noodles in a strainer & rinse it with cold running water. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add minced garlic, orange bell peppers, onion, carrots, spring onion whites (in this step you can also add shredded cabbage) & stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, pepper powder, salt & saute for a minute.
- Add cooked noodles & stir fry for another 3-5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame & garnish with spring onion greens.
- Serve hot.
