Creamy Mango Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1/2 Tin or 425 Grams Mango Pulp
1/2 Tin or 198 Grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 Cup Whipped Cream
1/8 Tspn Green Cardamom Powder (optional)
2 Cups Mixed Fruits, chopped (i used banana, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, musk melon, honey dew, apples)

Directions
  • Check out my blog for whipped cream recipe.
  • In an aluminum tray or glass bowl, add mango pulp, sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, cardamom powder & combine everything well.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid or a plastic wrap & refrigerate for 2 hours. 
  • Before serving; arrange chopped fruits in a bowl & pour cold mango custard on top of it.
Note:
  • You can use any fruits of your choice like mangoes, strawberries, pomegranate, papaya, orange, sapota.
  • Mix fruits to custard only before serving.
