1/8 Tspn Green Cardamom Powder (Ellachi)
1 Tspn Ghee/Clarified Butter

8 Dried Whole Figs (Anjeer), chopped
1/8 Tspn Green Cardamom Powder (Ellachi)
1 Tspn Ghee/Clarified Butter
Directions
- Add cashews, almonds, walnuts, raisins, pistachios to a dry mixie jar (you can also add a tablespoon of dry desiccated coconut powder & a teaspoon of poppy seeds in this step).
- Grind into a coarse powder. Transfer to a bowl & keep aside.
- Add chopped dates, figs to the same mixie jar & grind into a coarse paste. Keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan on a low flame & add coarse nuts powder. Saute for 1-2 minutes or until they turn light golden brown
- Now add dates & fig coarse paste. Mix with a wooden spoon until entire mixture combines well. Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- Allow it to cool at room temperature, take a small amount of mixture in your hand & make a round shaped laddu (yields 12 laddus).
- Serve dry fruits laddu.
- Store it in an airtight container & stays fresh for a week at room temperature.
