Ingredients
1 Croissant
1 Egg

Directions
- Slice the croissant into two halves & keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350F(176.7C) & line a baking tray with an aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame & add egg. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder & cook until base is golden brown colour.
- Flip to cook other side as well & turn off the flame. Keep aside.
- For assembling a sandwich; take bottom base of sliced croissant & place cooked omelette followed by cheese slice (i used small cube slices of 24 months old cheddar cheese).
- Cover it with top base of the croissant.
- Place the croissant sandwich on the greased pan & bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Carefully remove the pan from oven & serve immediately.
