Ingredients

1 1/2 Tblspn Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
5 Tblspn Unsatled Butter or Coconut Oil or Cocoa Butter(grated & tightly packed), i used butter
1/2 Tblspn Milk Powder
1 Tspn Vanilla Extract
4 Tblspn Powdered Sugar or Icing Sugar

Directions
  • Bring about an inch of water to a boil in a sauce pan on a medium flame & turn the flame to medium-low. Place butter in a stainless steel bowl & place it over boiling water without touching it. Stir butter until melted. 
  • Stir cocoa powder, vanilla extract, milk powder, icing sugar into the melted butter until completely smooth with a whisk.


  • Turn off the flame & remove the bowl from sauce pan.
  • Pour mixture into a lined loaf pan or chocolate mould (i used a lined loaf pan) & refrigerate for 20 minutes. 
  • Make cuts using a knife & place it back in the refrigerator for 40 minutes or until chilled.

Note: Stays fresh for 1-2 months when refrigerated.
