Ingredients
1 Maggi 2 Minutes Noodles Masala Packet (70 Grams)
1 1/2 Cup Water
4 Eggs
1 Medium Sized Onion, chopped finely
1 Medium Sized Tomato, discard the seeds & chop finely
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir), chopped
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
3 Tspn Oil

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan or pot; add maggi noodles & let it cook till it is done.
- Drain the noodles in a strainer & rinse it with cold running water. Keep it aside.
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan on medium flame, add chopped onion & tomato (in this step you can also add chopped bell pepper, sliced mushrooms).
- Saute for 1-2 minutes & turn off the flame. Keep aside.
- Beat eggs until well blended; add salt, red chilli powder, cilantro leaves, spice mix powder (which is provided inside the maggi packet), sautéed onion & tomato. Mix well & add cooked maggi noodles. Mix everything well & keep aside.
- Heat remaining oil in a pan; pour eggs mixture into pan & cook until edges are brown on medium flame, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip maggi omelet over & cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off the flame & cut into wedges.
- Transfer to a plate & serve hot.
