3 Bread Slices
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir), chopped
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced finely
3 Slices of Amul Cheese (you can also use your choice of shredded cheese)
3 Tspn Butter or Ghee(Clarified Butter)

Ingredients
1 Medium Sized Tomato, discard the seeds & chop finely
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped3 Bread Slices

1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir), chopped
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced finely
3 Slices of Amul Cheese (you can also use your choice of shredded cheese)
3 Tspn Butter or Ghee(Clarified Butter)
Directions
- In a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, cilantro leaves, miced garlic, pepper powder, red chilli sauce & mix everything well with a spoon (you can also add chopped capsicum/bell pepper, green peas, boiled sweet corn). Keep aside.
- Heat a pan on low flame; spread little butter/ghee on tawa with a spatula or apply on both sides of each bread slice & toast each bread slice on only one side until golden brown & crisp. Flip them with a spatula.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of prepared veggie mixture on each toasted side & place a slice of amul cheese over the veggie mixture (you can also use shredded mozzarella cheese).
- Cover with a lid or plate & cook until cheese melts completely. Remove the lid & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve veggie cheese toast immediately.
