6-8 White or Brown Bread Slices
2 Ripe Avocados, scooped & mashed
2 Tblspn Lime Juice
5-6 Peppercorns or 1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Medium Sized Tomato, discard the pulp & cut into small cubes
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder; optional
Salt to Taste
Directions
- Add mashed avocado, pepper powder, lime juice, salt, garlic powder in a bowl & combine everything well. Finally add chopped onion, tomato & mix everything well. Keep aside.
- Heat a skillet or tawa on medium-low flame; toast bread slices on both sides until golden brown & crisp or you can toast them in an electric toaster.
- Take a toasted bread slice & place 2-3 tablespoons of avocado stuffing.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices & serve immediately.
