1/2 Cup Quaker Oats
1/2 Cup Sliced Carrots
3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt/Curd
1 Tblspn Brown Sugar or 1 Tblspn Honey (i used honey)
1/8 Tspn Cinnamon Powder(optional)

Directions
- In a bowl or a jar; add oats, milk, yogurt, honey, sliced carrots, cinnamon powder & combine everything well.
- Cover with a lid & refrigerate for atleast 6-8 hours or overnight (overnight yields best results).
- After 8 hours, add overnight carrot oatmeal to a blender. Cover & process until blended.
- Pour into a glass; serve immediately.
