Strawberry, Banana & Oats Smoothie

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
8 Medium Sized Strawberries, washed & sliced
1 Ripe Banana, sliced
1 Cup Milk
1 Tspn Honey or add as needed; optional

Directions
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover & process until blended. 
  • Pour into a glass; serve immediately.
