Ingredients

1 Apple, deseed & cut into pieces
1/4 Cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
1 Cup Milk
1/8 Tspn Cinnamon Powder (optional)
1 Tblspn Honey (optional)
4-6 Almonds

Directions
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover & process until blended. 
  • Pour into a glass; serve immediately.
