1/4 Cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
1/2 Ripe Avocado, scooped
1 Ripe Banana, sliced
1 Cup Milk
1 Tspn Honey or add as needed; optional
Directions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover & process until blended.
- Pour into a glass; serve immediately.
