Watermelon & Oats Smoothie

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
2 Cups Seedless Watermelon, chopped
1/2 Cup Yogurt/Curd
1 Tblspn Honey or add as needed; optional

Directions
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover & process until blended. 
  • Pour into a glass; serve immediately.
