Ingredients
1 Cup Penne Pasta
1 1/2 Cup Alfredo Sauce
1/2 Zucchini, chop off the ends & slice
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
6-8 Grape Tomatoes, cut into halves
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tspn Dried Oregano Leaves
2 Tblspn Butter/Olive Oil

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot on a medium-high flame, add little salt. Now add penne pasta & let it cook till it is done (Note: Cook pasta according to the directions on the package). Turn off the flame.
- Drain the pasta in a strainer & rinse it with cold running water. Keep it aside.
- Heat butter in a pan on medium-low flame; add chopped onion, sliced zucchini, grape tomatoes & saute it for 2-3 minutes or cook until onion turns translucent.
- Add garlic powder, pepper powder, salt, dried oregano leaves & saute for a minute.
- Add alfredo sauce & mix everything well.
- Cook for a minute & add penne pasta.
- Saute for another 2-3 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve alfredo pasta hot.
