Ingredients
8-10 Sweet Mini Peppers, cut into halves
1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese/Paneer, grated
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
1/3 Cup Swiss Cheese, finely chopped or grated(you can also use your choice of cheese)
1 Medium Sized Tomato, discard the pulp & finely chop
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except sweet mini peppers & mix everything well.
- Fill each cut mini pepper with 1-2 teaspoons of prepared paneer mixture & keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400F(204C) & line a baking tray with an aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Arrange each stuffed mini pepper on a greased tray about 1/2 inch apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until peppers are soft & low broil for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from oven & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve hot with ranch or marinara sauce.
