Ingredients
1 Large Sized Onion, finely chopped
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/3 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
1/4 Tspn
Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1 Tblspn Oil
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir)
1 Sheet of
Puff Pastry
5 Boiled Eggs, peeled
1 Tblspn Water, for brushing
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add chopped onion & saute until they turn translucent.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, chaat masala powder & saute for a minute.
- Add ciantro leaves & mix.
- Add 1/4 cup of water & mix everything well.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until all water is evaporated (in this step onion will become soft). Turn off the flame. Keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375F(190.5C). Line a baking tray with aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Cut boiled eggs into halves & keep aside.
- Cut one sheet of puff pastry into 10 equal rectangular pieces, take one piece & place 1-2 tablespoons of onion mixture in the center.
- Place egg on top of the onion mixture.
- Close two edges( as shown in the picture) by applying little water & arrange them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden & crispy. Remove the baking tray from oven & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve warm.
