1 Cup Penne Pasta
1 1/2 Cup Pasta Sauce (Store Bought)
1/2 Zucchini; chop off the ends, slice thinly & cut into halves
1 Small Sized Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Sweet Mini Peppers, chopped
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Cup Mexican Cheese Blend
1 Tspn Dried Oregano Leaves
3 Tblspn Butter/Olive Oil
Sauteed Shrimp
3/4 Cup Shrimp/Prawns; peeled, deveined & cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 Tspn Black Pepper Powder

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot on a medium-high flame, add little salt. Now add penne pasta & let it cook till it is done (Note: Cook pasta according to the directions on the package). Turn off the flame.
- Drain the pasta in a strainer & rinse it with cold running water. Keep it aside.
- For sauteed shrimp; heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium flame & add shrimp pieces. Saute until they turn soft & tender.
- Add black pepper powder, salt & mix everything well. Turn of the flame & keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a wide pan on medium-low flame; add onion, zucchini, sweet mini peppers & saute it for 2-3 minutes or cook until onion turns translucent.
- Add garlic powder, pepper powder, salt, dried oregano leaves & saute for a minute.
- Add pasta sauce & mix everything well.
- Cook for a minute & add penne pasta.
- Mix everything well & saute for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add sauteed shrimp & cheese.
- Mix everything well & turn off the flame.
- Serve cheesy shrimp pasta hot.
