2 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir), chopped

For Stuffing
- In a heavy bottomed sauce pan add water & corn kernels. Boil them on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until they turn soft. Turn off the flame & drain water from the corn kernels. Keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a wide pan on a medium flame, add onion & saute until they turn translucent.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala & saute for a second.
- Add boiled corn kernels & saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato & saute for a minute.
- Add cilantro leaves & mix everything well. Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- Repeat the process with remaining bread slices.
- Place the sandwiches in an electric grill & grill until golden brown.
- Serve grilled corn & cheese sandwich immediately with tomato ketchup.
