Oreo Swiss Rolls

Ingredients

25 Oreo Cookies
4 Tblspn Milk
3 Tblspn Desiccated Coconut
2 Tblspn Mixed Nuts, sliced
1 Tblspn Sugar

Directions
  • Separate the cream from oreo cookies & add 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk until it reaches to a smooth consistency.
  • Add desiccated coconut & mix everything well. Keep aside.
  • To a blender jar add oreo cookies without cream, sugar & blend into a fine powder.
  • Transfer the oreo powder to a mixing bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of milk & knead to a smooth dough. 
  • Place the dough between 2 plastic wraps & with the help of a rolling pin roll it into a rectangular shape as shown in the picture below.

  • Spread the coconut mixture on the rolled dough evenly & sprinkle mixed nuts.

  • Roll it from one end of a plastic wrap to form a log & cover it with a plastic wrap.
  • Place it in the freezer for 15 minutes or until it sets completely.
  • After 15 minutes, cut it with a sharp knife into 1-inch rolls & serve.
