Apple, Carrot & Cucumber Smoothie (Detox Smoothie)

Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Carrot, chopped
1 Small Sized Red Apple;  deseeded & chopped
1 Medium Sized Cucumber, peeled & chopped
1 Tblspn Lemon Juice
1/2 Inch Ginger Piece, peeled
1 Cup Water

Directions
  • To a blender jar add chopped apple, carrot, cucumber, ginger piece & lemon juice. Blend into a smooth paste.
  • Now add water & blend it again.
  • Pour into a glass & serve immediately.
