Ragi Noodles/Finger Millet Noodles

Ingredients

2 Ragi Noodles Packet (140 Grams)
3/4 Tspn Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 3/4 Cups Water
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
Few Curry Leaves(Karivepaku)
2 Tspn Oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a sauce pan or cooker on medium flame; add cumin seeds, green chillies & curry leaves. Let cumin seeds splutter.


  • Add water & let it come to a boil. 
  • Once water comes to a boil, add spice mix powder or taste maker (which is provided inside the ragi packet) & mix everything well.
  • Add noodle cake (before adding noodle cake break them into 3-5 parts) & cook for another 4-5 minutes or until noodles are completely cooked. 
  • Turn off the flame & transfer to a bowl.
  • Serve hot.
