Ingredients
1 Cup Fresh Coconut, chopped or grated
1 Cup Water
Directions
- To a blender jar add chopped coconut pieces, water & blend into a smooth paste.
- Strain it using a strainer then press the coconut pulp with the back of a spoon to extract the remaining liquid.
- Use it immediately in any dish/smoothie or refrigerate for later use in an airtight container.
