Fresh Homemade Coconut Milk

Yield: 1 Cup


Ingredients

1 Cup Fresh Coconut, chopped or grated
1 Cup Water

Directions
  • To a blender jar add chopped coconut pieces, water & blend into a smooth paste.


  • Strain it using a strainer then press the coconut pulp with the back of a spoon to extract the remaining liquid.
  • Use it immediately in any dish/smoothie or refrigerate for later use in an airtight container.

Note: Stays fresh for 2-3 days when refrigerated.
